The most useful thing a past client can tell you is not that I was nice. It is where they started, what we actually did, and what is different now.

[My] trainer has been such a blessing in my life. I don’t see it in myself. There have been times when I have thought, “I can’t do this,” and somehow she gets me to do it anyway.

She celebrates every win, no matter how small, and she is right there beside you on the days when you fall down, get frustrated, or just want to quit. She has a way of quietly reminding me why I started, why I chose myself, and why getting stronger—both physically and mentally—is worth it.

Somewhere along this journey, Marjan has become my “kick-you-in-the-butt” trainer, but she has also become a friend. I know she genuinely cares about my progress and wants to see me succeed, and that means more than I can put into words.

If you’re looking for a trainer who will simply count your reps and send you on your way, Marjan may not be the trainer for you. But if you’re looking for someone who will listen to you, challenge you, believe in you, celebrate you, and stand beside you through the hard days, I cannot recommend her enough.

I truly feel blessed to have Marjan walking beside me on this journey. I’m still a work in progress, but I’m stronger than I was, I’m learning to believe in myself, and I’m choosing myself—and I’m so grateful to have her in my corner.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Marjan! She does so much more than just create workouts. She really listens to me, my body, my goals, and what I need. She knows how to push me toward a stronger, more challenging pace while still making sure it’s manageable and sustainable for me.

What I appreciate most is that she supports me as a whole person. She’s always willing to listen, encourage and remind me to prioritize myself and the goals I’ve set for my life. On the days when I need to be pushed, she pushes me. On the days when I need grace, she gives me that too.

I’ve grown stronger, more confident, and more intentional about taking care of myself because of her guidance. I don’t feel like just a number to her or like she gives cookie cutter advice. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to see us become stronger in every sense of the word. I’m so grateful and it’s such an honor to have her in my corner!

Marjan is one of those people who makes you want to be better while still making you laugh along the way. She pushed me, supported me, and made fitness way more fun than I ever expected. So grateful I got to work with her!

What progress tends to look like

  1. Weeks 1–2

Getting the plan to fit. We find the version of the week you will genuinely repeat, rather than the one that looks best on paper.

  2. Weeks 3–6

The part most plans die in. Novelty has gone, so we lean on structure and check-ins instead of motivation.

  3. Months 2–3

Things get measurably easier. The weight that was hard in month one is a warm-up, and meals stop requiring a decision every time.

  4. Beyond

It stops being a program and starts being how you live. That is the actual goal — not a finish line, a default.

Everyone’s starting point, health history and schedule are different, so timelines vary. Nothing here is a promise of a specific outcome.

A stronger you. Brighter days ahead.
